Order Processing Time
After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and shipping status. Check your spam or junk folders and remember to mark our emails as "Not Spam" to prevent delays in future delivery. This confirmation is essential for tracking your shipment.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped and scanned by the carrier, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor your package’s progress from our warehouse to your address.
Please note, if you declined insurance during checkout, we are not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages, and shipping fees will not be refunded.
Package Status and Delivery Issues
Every reasonable effort will be made to fulfill your order within a timely manner, but delays are still possible due to unforeseen circumstances or inclement weather. Please reach out to us via contact@plushinogu.com so we can assist!
If your order status from tracking information states it has been delivered but you have not received it, please remember to do the following:

If your order is still missing, request a case number from your local post office and send the case number to us at contact@plushinogu.com. We will follow-up with you about your order and provide a refund or exchange if the order cannot be fulfilled.
Note: We are not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Policy
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The item must be void of any tampering and all tags must be uncut and present on the item. Upon inspection of the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method pending no tampering. Shipping costs will be waived unless the returned item is a defective product.
